IV ANNUAL DIOCESAN HISPANIC YOUTH CONFERENCE –WITNESSES TO HIS MERCY (TITUS 3:4-5)
This is an annual, bilingual, diocesan event for young High School age Hispanics, 14 to 18 years old. Through the event, attendees can strengthen their experience with Jesus Christ through talks and workshops on formation, liturgy, prayer and praise, the sacraments, fraternity, and dynamic activities. The goal of the conference is to enrich the faith of young Hispanics as well as their Catholic-cultural identity, and to enable them to explain their faith. It is also a pastoral opportunity to invite young people to participate in ongoing diocesan and parochial programs and groups.
Date: Saturday, August 13th, 2016
Time: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Place: Archbishop O'Hara High School – 9001 James A. Reed Rd, Kansas City, MO 64138.
Cost: $35 per person $40 at the door. It includes meals and refreshments. Discount available for siblings.
Who can attend?
High School-aged youth can register at their PARISH. Parent or guardian permission is required.
Parents must attend a catechesis on Mercy within the Family at 4:30 pm at the site of the event
